With her natural ability to engage with customers and her understanding of the importance of quick, transparent communication, Alejandra will ensure Refresh clients have any questions answered, whatever stage of their remodelling journey they may be on.
An experienced administrator with a thorough understanding of CRM systems, processes, and software, Alejandra will be a direct contact for Refresh customers, maintaining leads, following up with clients, and ensuring every remodelling project runs smoothly. 
Having studied design at university, Alejandra has a keen interest in the home remodelling industry and ensuring all Refresh customers have an enjoyable, and stress-free renovation experience. 
Alejandra works closely with League City’s Renovation Consultant and knows how important it is to gain an understanding of what homeowners want to achieve from their project.
