Having spent more than two decades working in civil and building constructions roles, Tieho has vast relevant experience in property projects and has worked on a range of interesting and challenging jobs. Working as Managing Director for LEAN Project Management Systems, there’s truly no one more organised or methodical than Tieho so homeowners working with Refresh Renovations Derry-Londonderry can be assured of great service that runs to time and budget with comprehensive communication and efficient working throughout.
Notably, Tieho has managed the entire construction process of staff housing and infrastructure installation at Letseng Diamond Mine, several schools and government offices in Lesotho and the ambitious Ntsesanyane Irrigation Dam construction project; all managed from conception to completion with varying teams of specialist tradespeople. Indeed Tieho doesn’t just oversee property projects but also gets his hands dirty and is involved wherever possible. Outside of work, Tieho enjoys walking, reading and watching football and spending time with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys problem solving (a handy trait for someone involved with so many complex renovation works!) and likes to contribute to the community around him wherever he finds himself.
