Will I need planning permission for Design and Build project?

Some design and build full renovations do require planning permission to be obtained from an LPA (Local Planning Authority). While we will advise you on how best to proceed without having to apply for this, where it is needed, the Refresh project manager on the job will manage the application and appeal (if required) processes as part of their standard service offering. For the most part, planning permission is only a requirement for particularly large or ambitious jobs, or where a property is situated in an AONB or holds listed status.
