To address this, the homeowners decided to repurpose the underutilized dining room to expand the kitchen, effectively doubling its size. The existing kitchen was completely demolished to make way for the new design. A wall was removed to create an open and seamless flow between the kitchen and the former second dining room. The new kitchen was outfitted with all-new cabinets, countertops, appliances, plumbing, and light fixtures, giving it a sleek and modern feel.

In addition to the kitchen expansion, the entire first floor received a fresh coat of paint. Every wall was transformed from the old, muted beige to a bright and contemporary white, enhancing the overall brightness and modernity of the space.
