• Color Scheme: The client provided hex codes for a green and purple accent color scheme. The walls were painted in a soft, muted green, and the purple accents were used for towels, accessories, and small decorative elements.
• Lighting: New, modern lighting fixtures to be installed, including recessed LED lights and a sleek, oil-rubbed bronze ceiling fan.
• Tub/Shower: The existing tub/shower to be replaced with a modern, elegant walk-in shower. The shower features a frameless glass enclosure and a rainfall showerhead with oil-rubbed bronze finishes.
• Vanity: The lower cabinetry to be retained, but the top and sinks were replaced with a new, sleek, and modern design. The new vanity top is made of a high-quality, easy-to-clean material, and the sinks are modern, undermount models.
• Toilet: The old toilet to be replaced with a new, high-efficiency model with a modern, clean design.
• Mirror and Medicine Cabinet: The existing mirror and medicine cabinet to be replaced with a large, frameless mirror and a new, modern medicine cabinet with ample storage.
• Fixtures: All new fixtures were chosen in oil-rubbed bronze to maintain a cohesive look.
• Layout: The pocket door between the vanity area and the water closet to be removed to create an open, more spacious feel. The new layout allows for better flow and a more modern aesthetic.
